My name is ShamimRazaqe.I came to know about TBAS program of Women Shelter Organization through my sister in law. I applied for the traditional birth attendants training, I was selected. The training was continued and I was getting training when I applied for a job as a labor room assistant. I was selected due to the skill gained from the TBAS training of Women Shelter Organization.
Now, I have completed my one year course and got kit and diploma and I am working as a labor room assistant in a Hospital. I am thankful to Women Shelter Organization that has provided me training and now I am helping my family by earn Rs.22000 per month.
