Madam Razia Joseph was the founder of Women Shelter Organization. She laid the foundation of W.S.O in 1987.She was born in 1954 in Faisalabad she struggled for the development and rights of downtrodden and marginalized women and children all her life. She travelled in the public transport to reach the women and children of remote areas. She served the shelter less women victimized women, prisoner women, and unskilled women, victimized of domestic violence and working children. She passed away on 17th January 2018.We pray for her that may her soul rest in eternal peace.
